Next, the Youth Beauty & Wellness Leadership Academy adds hands-on cosmetology and leadership training. For more than 30 years, licensed NJ & PA cosmetologist and educator Crystal D. Lewis has turned beauty into a pathway to healing and purpose. Through Living In Pure Serenity L.I.P.S., she mentors youth ages 12-21, blending cosmetology, self-care, and emotional wellness so the next generation can build confidence, careers, and calm from the inside out.
